Lisa writes us to announce a
Sunday Evening Paddle to Blakeley:

We will launch at 5:30 p.m. sharp on Sunday, July 20, from Buzbee's ($3 launch fee) going north to Blakeley Park. Bring a beverage of your choice and snack to enjoy at the Blakeley gazebo and boardwalk. This is a beautiful evening paddle. It is ten miles round trip. Bob wants to limit this paddle to touring boats over 14 feet long!!!!!!!! It is too long an evening paddle for shorter, slower boats. The pace will be a moderate touring pace (i.e., Bob wants to get back before the restaurants close). We will finish after dark, so bring at least one white light and a whistle or other signaling device.
